Account Settings

In the Account Settings module, you define the default behavior of the admin interface, the booking rules, and the integrations that manage account-level calendar and data connections. This is the central place to ensure that your account’s appearance and behavior are consistent for all admins and bookers.

What does the Account Settings section include?

  • Admin panel settings: time zone, default languages, and branding elements (logo, country code) that appear across all admin views.
  • Booking settings: public availability, waitlist rules, and enabling self-service actions for customers.
  • Integrations: management of account-level calendar connections and tokens for synchronization with external services.

When should you review it?

You should update account settings when your service time zone changes, you enter a new market, refresh your branding, or expand customer support workflows. Keeping integrations maintained ensures that calendar sync and booking data remain accurate.
