List views

On the Bookings page, multiple list views help you see bookings in the way that best fits your current task. You can choose between compact, table-based, or time-based layouts, making capacity, utilization, and waitlist status easy to understand at a glance.

Available views

  • List (compact/table): a fast, row-based overview. Ideal when you need to check or search through many bookings at once.
  • Lane view: a column-based layout grouped by service or resource. It helps you quickly see load and utilization across lanes.
  • Stacked view: a stacked list of time slots or events. Useful when you want to review utilization and parallel bookings.
  • Table view: a detailed, tabular breakdown with status, participants, and time. Use this when you need to verify data or prepare exports.
  • Day-focus view: a single-day, chronological layout. This is the easiest way to handle daily operations and quick capacity checks.

Which view should you choose, and when?

  • For quick checks: List (compact) or Table view.
  • For capacity and utilization analysis: Lane or Stacked view.
  • For reviewing daily schedules: Day-focus view.
