Subscription overview

The Subscription overview shows all important information about your plan in one place: the plan name, current cycle, payment status, and the next renewal date. From here, you can start a payment, manage cancellation or continuation, or switch to another plan if your needs change.

Plan details overview

In the plan details section, you can see which plan is active, which features you have access to, and where you are in the current billing cycle. This helps both the admin team and business decision-makers work from the same information.

Plan name and status: shows whether the plan is active, in trial, or paused.
Renewal date: indicates when the next automatic renewal will take place.
Features and limits: provides a quick overview of which modules are available.

Start payment

If your payment is not automatic or the system requires manual approval, you can start the payment process here. Next to the buttons, you can always see how the current action affects the next cycle and which amount is involved.

Start payment: initiate a new payment process for the current plan.
Status check: confirms whether the payment was successful or if further action is required.

Cancel or continue

Here you can pause or cancel the subscription, or revoke a cancellation if you decide to continue. The system always shows when the cancellation takes effect and how long the services remain active.

Schedule cancellation: shows the expiration date and the expected end of access.
Continue subscription: revoke the cancellation with one click if you are still within the current cycle.

Change plan

In the plan change section, you can choose a new plan that better fits your account’s needs. The system shows whether the change takes effect immediately or in the next cycle, and what feature changes to expect.

Select new plan: compare available plans and features.
Switch timing: immediate change or change effective in the next cycle.
