List and view modes + Filters

The event list offers multiple view modes and filters to help you see everything in the layout that best fits your daily operations. You can combine view modes with filters, so you get exactly the events you need to focus on.

Available view modes

  • Compact: a condensed, list-style overview for quick daily checks.
  • Lane: a lane-based layout where services or resources appear in separate lanes.
  • Stacked: stacked time blocks that make utilization and congestion easier to spot.
  • Table: a tabular view for quick sorting and side-by-side comparison.
  • Day-focus: a single-day focused view for hands-on daily operations.

Basic filters

  • Service: shows only events related to a specific service.
  • Status: for example active, cancelled, or closed events.
  • Publication: quickly separate published vs. unpublished events.
  • Date range: time-based listing (weekly, monthly, or custom).
  • Search: keyword search by name or notes.
  • Past events: retrieve archived, completed events.

Practical tips

  • For capacity monitoring, use the Lane or Stacked view and filter to the busiest services.
  • For daily operations, combine the Day-focus view with the published status filter.
  • For post-analysis, enable past events and set a longer date range.
