Resource – Add · Edit · Delete

The resource list is the central registry of your capacity. Here you can see all resources, quickly access their details, and perform the standard management actions so bookings always rely on real capacity.

Resource list

The list gives you an overview of each resource’s status, name, and availability. Use search and filters to quickly find items that need changes.

  • Status overview: you can see which resources are active or temporarily inactive.
  • Quick actions: edit or delete with a single click.
  • Transparent capacity: it’s easy to spot missing or duplicate resources.

Create a new resource

When creating a new resource, enter the basics (name, type, description), then set the usage conditions. If needed, you can already assign the relevant services here.

  • Identification: a clear name and short description for quick recognition.
  • Resource type: differentiate between professional, location, or equipment.
  • Relations: you can define which services the resource should appear for.

Edit

While editing, you can update the resource’s data or availability. If there are active bookings linked to the resource, always consider the impact of the change.

  • Data maintenance: updating name, description, and type keeps the list current.
  • Availability: temporarily deactivate it during downtime.
  • Review relations: check that service relations are still relevant.

Delete

Before deleting, check whether the resource has any active or upcoming bookings. If it does, it’s safer to deactivate it first or move the bookings to another resource.
