Trial control panel
The Trial control panel manages the events and limits available during the trial period. Here you can track the current trial status of the account, see which events are running, and check which features can still be activated during the trial.
Managing trial events
The panel shows which events belong to the trial period and what status they are in. The goal is to make it clear when and how events can be used during the trial.
- Event status: shows whether an event is active, closed, or not yet started.
- Limitations: indicates trial-related limits, such as maximum number of events or time windows.
Second event gate
The second event gate controls when a second event can be created or activated during the trial period. This gate helps ensure that the user first tests a single event before opening up additional capacity.
- Review conditions: check which settings or milestones are required to enable the second event.
- Enable timing: once the gate is unlocked, creating the next event becomes available.
Recommended usage
The trial panel is useful if you want to guide your customers toward proper usage during the trial period. This allows you to control limits while ensuring the account goes live with the right configuration.
