Guide
Booking settings
With booking settings, you control how your account’s public booking interface can be found, and which lifecycle rules apply to the waitlist or to customer-initiated changes.
Public slug and waitlist TTL
These default values affect public accessibility and the timing of waitlist offers.
- Public slug: a short, easy-to-remember identifier that forms the URL of the booking page.
- Waitlist TTL: defines how long a waitlist offer remains valid before it automatically expires.
Self-service cancellation and rescheduling
Here you enable or disable whether customers can manage their own bookings on the public interface.
- Self-service cancellation: allows customers to cancel their booking on their own, according to the defined rules.
- Self-service rescheduling: allows customers to move their booking to a new time slot if capacity is available.
