Filters

The filters available on the Bookings page are designed to help you quickly find relevant items within a large volume of bookings. Filters can be combined, so you can, for example, filter by service, time period, and status at the same time.

Available filters

  • Service: shows only bookings related to the selected service. Ideal when you want to check the utilization of a specific service.
  • Resource: filters by resource (e.g. location, staff member) so you can see the load on a given capacity.
  • Date range: lists bookings for a specific period, for example for weekly or monthly reporting.
  • Search: text search by customer name, email address, or other identifier.
  • Status: quick separation of pending, confirmed, cancelled, and other statuses.
  • Past bookings: a toggle lets you decide whether earlier, already completed time slots should be shown.

Effective filtering tips

  • Finding problematic bookings: select a status filter (e.g. pending), then narrow it down by date range.
  • Checking resource load: set a resource filter and switch to the Day-focus view to see one day’s capacity.
  • Reviewing waitlist pressure: filter by a specific service and compare the number of bookings with waitlisted items.
