Dashboard

The Dashboard is the admin interface’s quick overview page: it shows the most important daily and short-term metrics, capacity utilization, and the status of waitlists and bookings in a single view. Its purpose is to let you see at a glance where peak periods occur, where congestion may build up, and what the current booking trend looks like.

What can you find on the Dashboard?

  • KPI cards: daily and short-term summaries of events, bookings, and drop-offs.
  • Top utilization: a list of the most heavily utilized services and occurrences, with quick actions.
  • Waitlist pressure: compares waitlist demand with the remaining available capacity.
  • Funnel (30 days): the ratio of pending and confirmed bookings, optionally including waitlist offers and acceptances.
  • Quick actions: filters for quickly reviewing public and unpublished events.

What should you use it for?

Use the Dashboard as your daily starting panel to quickly prioritize tasks. If the KPI cards show a sudden drop, or if multiple services are at peak levels in the Top utilization list, it indicates that you may want to increase capacity, clone events, or manage the waitlist more actively.
