The Management (Manage) and Automation views provide operational control over events. Here you can keep bookings and the waitlist under control and configure waitlist automations that help optimize capacity usage.
Manage view: bookings and waitlist
In the Manage view, you can review all bookings and waitlist entries for a specific event. From here you can run daily operational actions, such as rebooking or filling freed-up spots from the waitlist.
- Bookings list: quick overview of current participants.
- Waitlist panel: order and status of people waiting.
- Capacity status: shows whether spots are full or still available.
Waitlist actions
- WL → booking: move a waitlisted applicant to an active booking when a spot becomes available.
- Move booking: shift a booking to another event if capacity or timing changes.
- Waitlistize: move an active booking back to the waitlist, for example if the status is uncertain or not yet final.
Cloning and new occurrences
With the cloning feature, you can quickly create a copy of an event and generate new occurrences from it. This is especially useful for recurring events where settings stay the same and only the dates change.
Automation view
In the Automation view, you can configure waitlist algorithms and splitter settings per service. These determine how the system fills empty spots and how it distributes waitlist demand.
- Waitlist algorithm: priority rules and ordering.
- Splitter policy: automatic distribution across multiple events.
- Feedback: after configuration, check that the waitlist behaves as expected.
