Key users · List and management

The key users list contains all members of the account with admin permissions. From here, you can send new invitations, update roles, and resend or delete invitations. The list helps you always see who is active and who is still in the invitation process.

List overview

In the table, you can see the key user’s name, email address, assigned role, and status (active or invited). Based on this, you can quickly decide which users require your attention.

  • Status indicators: you get clear signals for active users and pending invitations.
  • Quick actions: editing, resending, or deleting is available with a single click.
  • Clear permissions: you can immediately see who works in which role within the account.

Send new invitation

To invite a new key user, enter the colleague’s email address and select the appropriate role. The system sends an email with an invitation link, which the user activates on the token-based acceptance page.

  • Select role: during the invitation, you define which permissions the new member will receive.
  • Communication: let your colleague know to watch for the invitation email and check the spam folder as well.
  • Transparency: the invited user remains in a “pending” status until the invitation is accepted.

Update role

If a key user’s responsibilities change, you can modify their role here. The update takes effect immediately, so the user works with the new permissions at the next login.

  • Permission check: before making changes, align on which tasks will be assigned.
  • Security: grant only the necessary permissions to keep the account protected.

Resend invitation

If the invited user cannot find the email or the invitation has expired, you can send a fresh link using the resend button. This is the fastest way to reactivate the invitation.

  • Timing: when resending, the previous token becomes invalid and the user receives a new acceptance link.
  • Reminder: it’s useful to notify your colleague briefly that a new invitation has been sent.

Delete invitation or revoke access

If an invitation was sent by mistake or a key user no longer needs access, you can delete the invitation or revoke permissions. This ensures that only active and relevant users remain in the account.

  • Delete pending invitation: cancels the invitation process and makes the token unusable.
  • Remove active user: immediately revokes admin access, so it’s recommended to coordinate beforehand.
